Lilies is dedicated to delivering high quality jewelery and first class service to our customers. Please read our terms of purchase and our returns policy before completing your purchase. By shopping with us, you accept these terms.
2. Payment terms

We accept credit cards, bank transfers and digital payment solutions (eg Klarna and Apple Pay). All payments are secure and encrypted to protect your information.
3. Order processing & Delivery

Order processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. In case of high demand, the delivery time may be slightly longer, but we aim to process each order as quickly as possible.

Shipping: We offer delivery options both within Sweden and internationally. The shipping fee is shown at checkout and varies depending on the destination and delivery method, as well as the total of the purchase.

Delivery time: Domestic deliveries usually take 2-5 working days. For international deliveries, it can take between 7-14 working days, depending on the destination.
4. Products & Quality

Materials and quality: Our jewelry is carefully crafted from quality materials and designed to last. Please take good care of your product and care for it well to ensure the best possible durability.

Warranty: We offer a 6-month warranty on all our products. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or accidents.
Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns

Right of cancellation: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging for a return to be approved.

Non-returnable products: For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings if the packaging has been broken.

Return process: Contact us via our customer service at contact@lilies.se to initiate a return. You are responsible for the return cost if it does not apply to a warranty case.
2. Complaints

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us directly at contact@lilies.se with a description of the problem and pictures of the product. In the event of an approved complaint, we cover the return cost and send a replacement product or refund the full amount.
3. Refunds

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund is made to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

Partial Refund: If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition that does not comply with our return policy, a partial refund may be applied.

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the returns process and then place a new order for the desired product.
